Quiet, controllable flow.
New, durable design.
DC return pumps you can dial down to 10%, with feed timers and 0-10V controller support. The DC1600, DC2500, and DC3200 now ship with stainless steel hardware and a sturdier controller connection, based directly on customer feedback.
What's new in the updated design
Stainless steel housing bolts
Marine grade stainless steel bolts now hold the front housing in place. It stays secure and won't loosen or pop off over time. Bolts tested underwater for years with zero corrosion.
DC1600, DC2500, DC3200Robust controller connection
The DC power jack is longer for better strain relief on the cord, and the connector sits deeper for improved moisture resistance.
Updated controllerMatch output to your tank
10 output settings
Adjust from full power down to 10% to match your tank and plumbing.
Three feed timers
Built in feed modes for 10, 30, or 50 minutes.
Works with your controller
A 0-10V analog DC input makes it compatible with the Neptune Apex, CoralVue Hydros, and other popular aquarium controllers.
Slow start, whisper quiet
A built in slow start eases the pump up to speed, and it runs whisper silent once it's there.
Tubing or hard plumbed
Hose barbs for vinyl tubing are included, or hard plumb with PVC using the threaded inlet and outlet.
Flow at your head height
Flow drops as head height rises. Measure from the pump up to your return outlet, then read the chart to see what each size delivers at that height.
Between sizes? Go up. Every Nautilus turns down to 10%, so a larger pump can always be dialed back.
